Itinerary

08:30 AM

Pick-up from your hotel in Krabi Town – Ao Nang Beach – Klong Muang Beach.
Depart from Krabi Town and travel to Khlong Thom District, approximately 50 km away, home to the famous Natural Hot Springs.

10:00 AM – Hot Springs

The Hot Springs are one of Krabi’s Unseen Thailand attractions, located in Khlong Thom District.
This natural hot waterfall has a gentle temperature of around 40–50°C, making it comfortable for bathing. The warm water seeps up naturally from underground through forested areas rich in limestone deposits.

The waterfall is about 5 meters high with three tiers, each forming natural pool-like basins similar to bathtubs. Each tier contains 4–5 pools, approximately 1–1.5 meters deep.
The water contains mild sulfur minerals, believed to be beneficial for health. This is a popular spot for visitors to relax and enjoy a natural spa experience.

11:00 AM – Emerald Pool (Lunch at a Local Restaurant)

Visit the stunning Emerald Pool, a crystal-clear natural pool located in the heart of the forest.
From the parking area, you can walk about 800 meters to reach the pool, or choose an alternative nature trail of approximately 2.7 km. Both paths lead to the same destination.

The Emerald Pool is known for its turquoise-green water, which changes color depending on sunlight and time of day.
It is fed by warm streams with a temperature of around 30–50°C. The surrounding area is lush and shady, filled with diverse plant species and wildlife, making it an excellent place for nature lovers.

02:00 PM – Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea)

Visit Tiger Cave Temple, located about 5–6 km from Krabi Town.
The temple’s name is believed to come from the fact that tigers once lived in this area, and a natural rock formation resembling a tiger’s paw can still be seen inside the cave.

A major highlight is the opportunity to pay respect to the large Guanyin (Goddess of Mercy) statue, over 5 meters tall, as well as the White Jade Buddha (Burmese art, hundreds of years old) and a replica of the Buddha’s footprint.

For adventurous visitors, the temple is famous for its 1,200-step staircase leading to the mountain summit. Every 100 steps are clearly marked.
At the top, you will find the Great Bell-Shaped Pagoda and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Krabi Town and surrounding landscapes.

03:00 PM

Depart from the temple and stop for souvenir shopping at a local shop.

04:00 PM

Return transfer back to your hotel safely.
